if i pay for the express service, does anybody know how long it will take??

FH works at the post office and said it take a long time. we got ours in 2 weeks back in march but it went up to much longer since then. he said it may take up to a month or 2
do a search for US passport. all of the info is on there.

I would DEFINITELY do it ASAP. It was all over the news recently how long it would take to get a passport. Good Luck.

I would do it ASAP! it can take a while..when i got mine it took about 2 months..but that was 3 years ago!!!!

I applied April 14th, and as of 2 weeks ago, still didn't have it. I had a trip planned to Mexico last week. I had to make a call my local representative's office, and they were able to get my passport mailed to me the next day. I would definately apply for it, and expedite it ASAP, to save yourself from any additional stress.

My dad did regular service and got it in 16-18 weeks. It's ridiculous now. If you won't need your passport until your HM, save yourself the money and do it regular service. You'll get it in time. Just do it now.

Shoegal, we are date twins!! I really need to get on the passport thing as well... we have all the forms filled out, we just have to get the darn photos taken! Can you say procrastination??
