passports...

Soo... we applied for our passports back in the last weekend in February and still have not recieved them. Did anyone else apply around this time??

I keep calling the number to find out the status but they disconnect me 'due to a high volume of calls'.

It's starting to stress me out a lil.

Keep calling. Once you are within 14 days of traveling, they should be able to do something for you.

I applied back in March, expedited mine, and got it within a week.

Don't stress too much, but keep calling!

Yea I tracked online but it has said 'being processed' for weeks... so now I need to talk to someone on the phone.

keep calling my dh applied for his in Jan. it was 2 weeks before our HM and he still had not recieved them. I freaked out... he was on hold for 2hrs and 15 mins (and he was not happy) but finally some one spoke to him and the charged him an extra fee to ship it in 5 days.

i applied for mine in march and got it back in april. although i applied in PA, since i live there. so maybe theres a longer waiting time for people in NY. u can check the status of it on the website.
