Past brides...

what are some of the extras you did for your wedding that you felt were not noticed (or not really needed)

and... what are the things that you wish you would have done?

I honestly think all the little touches were noticed at our wedding.

The only thing I didn't do that I regret is programs.

We had a very short ceremony and didn't realize how many people would come to the church so before the wedding I thought it would have been a waste.

Maybe less hand fans. People really didn't use them.

other than that. I don't think so.

We did a collage of pictures and we tried to include a picture of the majority of out guests. People seemed to really like it.

We had pictures of me and my DH as babies, growing up with our siblings, pictures of our parents, friends, college friends etc...

I was thrilled that we decided to do the chocolate fountain. Great decision!

(Also, it was nice being the bride; I kept cutting the lines at the Viannese!)

my only regret (wish I would have done) is the custom aisle runner. I really really wanted one, and planned on doing it myself, but I never got to it.

I think most of my guests noticed all my special little touches, like the programs, the menus, the votive placecards, the table cameras, the 'non-traditional' centerpieces....
