Hi- I am getting married this November and I am choosing to use a DOC. I think it depends on your personality. I am a very organized person, but unexpected things happen all the time. I want a professional to handle those things. I want to enjoy every second of that day. I am using Laura from LA Productions - she is a vendor on here.

After having a bridal attendant and a maitre'd, NO!!!!! I went over everything with them the day before when we made the final payment. I told them were I wanted everything and what ever else. Everything was done exactly.
I guess it really depends on the expertise of the hall.
