Hello all past brides. I have a question for you. If you took pictures after your ceremony, how much time did you spend on pictures? 30min? 40min? 1 hour?
And if you are a past Duet bride. Who would you go with Jay or TJ? Their styles seem very similar. Also, what are they like to work with?

I took my pictures before my ceremony, and I know a lot of people don't like to see each other prior, but seriously, it was one of the best decisions I made. We still did something special when we saw each other for the 1st time, and I got to enjoy my CH and relax before the ceremony with DH. All of our pictures were done and it also gave us a lot of time to enjoy our reception b/c so many people had given us our cards at the CH and we got to talk to everyone and not feel rushed.

we did the house pics from 12:25-1 and then went to our second location from 1:20-2/2:20 then went to the hall and had taken shots from 2:40-3:35 (this included family shots some breaks etc) they also did all the little details etc.

We hired Duet and were happy with their work. We had Woo, which isn't one of the two folks you mentioned, but our overall feeling after looking through a number of Duet's books was that the quality of ALL the photogs is consistently high. I think whatever decision you make, you'll be satisfied with their work.
DH and I did pics before the ceremony.

I took pics for a little over 2 hours, i also had a big gap so was able to take pics for that long and still got to the RH 30 mins before CH even started

It took about an hour and a half to take pics before CH.
