i just went to my RH and they told me that 12 people is do-able but cramped because of the chairs they use.
they suggested i try to stick with 10 or 11 per table

my hall let us do 12. our tables were round.
imo...if the tables are round i think its ok but i find it cramped if the tables are ovals

We had a lot of 12 tops and it was fine. Our tables were generally 10-12 and they were round.
