Hi all!!! I am trying to figure out my bridal party. I have WAY TOO MANY GIRLS. Does having an uneven bridal party ruin the pictures? How did you manage partners while walking down the aisle? Here is the poll. Thanks sooo much!!!

I had an uneven bridal party-- two more girls than boys.. it was fine..

i had an uneven BP, i had them walk in 3-somes (2 girls per guy) it worked out just fine! also, the MOH and BM walked in seperately.

i had an uneven BP, 6 girls and 5 guys. i just had the first 2 girls walk with the same guy...it actually looked really cute in pictures!

i had more boys than girls so one of my girls walked down the aisle with two boys. no biggie.

I started with an uneven bridal party. (7BM, 8 GM) 3 dropped out within the 3 months before the wedding, so we became more uneven. (5BM, 7GM) I don't even notice in the pics! I have a few in my album if you'd like to see!

Usually, I'm an OCD perfectionist about EVERYTHING. The bridal party was the one thing I'm laid back about. We have 6 BMs, 1 MOH, 2 Jr BMs, 1 FG, a Best Woman instead of a BM, 5 GM and 1 RB. And FMIL, who is usually the most laid back about everything, TWICE tried to talk my FH into putting his cousins in the bridal party, that we're not close with, that we never even talk to, JUST for making it even!
We just really want the people we love and am close with to be standing for us in the BP. We don't want to add anyone we're not close with only to keep it even. But that's the best part about it being YOUR day! It can be different or uneven! Unless it makes you crazy, and then you can make it even!

This is what we had, and it was totally fine. 2 BMs walked with one guy, 2 walked with 2 guys, and the MOH and BM walked down together

We were uneven by one, it worked out fine :)
The only way to have it even would have had us wind up with 8 on each side, and i didn't want that many (we had 5 girls and 6 guys).

Thanks everyone, this is soooo helpful.....I might end up with 8 girls and 4 guys. I want the special people in my life to share in my day and i would feel horrible if I had to cut someone out because it was uneven. Thanks again!!!

I had 1 MOH and 2 BM. He had a best man and 4 yr old ring bearer. I think everything worked out.

I had 5 girls and 6 guys. One lucky lady got to walk down with 2 guys on each arm. Don't stress and worry about making the BP even. the pics will come out fine. Don't pick someone you really don't want in your BP just to make it even. Everything will be fine and it will work out.

I had as uneven of a bridal party as it gets - only 1 girl (my sister was my MOH and that's all I had) - then 3 guys (2 best men and 1 groomsman) and 2 ring bearers! It worked out fine....Pics still look great!
I have been in uneven bridal parties as well and have had 2 guys walk me down the aisle....It always works out - just do what you want and don't worry about it being uneven....Good luck

I'm having an uneven bridal party. I feel the same, I don't want to cut special people out, but don't want to just start adding people just to make it even.

my girlfriend had more guys then girls. she worked it out great. the guys walked grandmas down .. and then walked into the reception together. I have more girls, and I am doubling them up. No probelms.
