I just picked up my dress and I was told to lay my dress on a sheet on the floor so that the train doesn't get wrinkled. What did you do with your dress/train the day before? I don't really want to lay it on the floor. I have the train hanging over the hanger right now but they said it will get really wrinkled if I keep it on there for too long.

Re: Past Brides w/ Trains
My mom put a sheet on her dining room table and then spread out my train on the table.

Hmm I'm going to be at a hotel any ideas for that? So can I hang it on something and then just put a sheet and lay the train out, I don't have to also lay the dress on the ground do I?

Yes, get one of those carts so you can hang it from the top and put a clean sheet on the floor and have the train rest on the sheet. The bell hop will help you with the cart.
My gf, whose wedding I was just in did this and there weren't any wrinkles. Just make sure you have a good hanger.
Good luck!

I hung it from the curtain rods and then moved chairs covered with sheets under it so it had a place to spread out over

that's what I did. I had it all hanging and a sheet under the train that was on the floor. Just try to spread the train out, so it's not all bunched up.
