past Chateau Brides

Hi ladies.... I just recently book my RH at the Chateau Briand and I am very very excited. :) However my banquet manager gave me a 10 page sample menu of dishes and courses we could have... Anybody have any recommendation of food that they had at their wedding or a wedding they went to that you either loved or hated. This would help me greatly narrow down the choices.. .. TYIA
