Does anyone know what cake fillings are included in the package deal for the cake??
FH and I wanted to do chocolate mousse with a thin layer of rasberry preserves. Do you think (or know if) this is going to cost extra?? I've tried contacting Tom at Black Forest but he hasnt gotten back to me

Pretty much everything was included...we did cannoli filling...he works with you.
He was very nice once we met with him.

I don't remember any of the fillings at Black Forest costing extra just types of cake used and the icing. Not surprised Tom hasn't gotten back to you he's always busy. We had three different filliings in our cake: canoli, chocolate mousse, and raspberry. They really do a great job!

No, it shouldn't cost extra cause that was the same exact thing I got.
It was delicious! We even had some on our one month anniversary and it was still good.
However one warning I have for you is don't put anything heavy on top of the cake cause you'll just crush the top layer (which is what happened to me).

Yay!!! I'm so glad it didnt cost extra for you and that you loved it
Good suggestion -- i think our cake topper is like 1 lb., so hopefully that'll be light enough not to crush it.

that should be fine.. i was supposed to have that same cake filling.. devils food with rasp. it was no extra cost.. it was a beautiful design on the outside too - BUT
i got the wrong damn cake from CLM.... and NO ONE WILL FESS UP TO WHO F***** UP..either the nasty baker, tommy, at black forest or the workers at CLM..
