Past CLM Brides -- question about the cake

Does anyone know what cake fillings are included in the package deal for the cake??

FH and I wanted to do chocolate mousse with a thin layer of rasberry preserves. Do you think (or know if) this is going to cost extra??
I've tried contacting Tom at Black Forest but he hasnt gotten back to me

Im not sure. I had 1/2 canoli cream with chocolate chips and the other half was rasberry.

Look on Black Forests website- they hav all the cake flavors and fillings in it. I think if you do the cake through Chateau la Mer directly you are more likely to get what you want without being charged as well...

I agree--go through CLM directly, much easier...we had all cannoli so not sure but I am pretty sure they'll work with you. ..there were a TON of options!
