Past Oheka Brides

2 questions for you...

did you bring your own flowers in for your cake or did Oheka decorate it themselves???

who did you use as a florist???

:)
Thanks for your help...

I am pretty sure the cake gets decorated by the florist. Oheka doesn't supply any flowers....and the florists I met with , discussed the cake decoration , and they are the Oheka House Florists. I am going with Flowers by Michele, John was great and reasonable, the others were way out of my price range :) They 'hear' I am getting married at Oheka, and they assume I have lots of money to spend lol

Oheka gives you a $2000 budget for a cake. However, more elaborate things like sugar flowers greatly increase the price. Oheka's baker told me that most people don't realize whether they are real flowers or not (so why spend the extra dough on the sugar ones?).

I am using Matthew Robbins from Artfool in NYC as the florist.

I just got married at Oheka, and yes, they include a cake as part of the package. When you set-up a meeting with the Pastry Chef, they will show you an album of the cakes they include in the package, and the more elaborate one, with the difference in price that you would have to pay extra. As far as fresh flowers, yes they would be provided by the florist not the castle. Hope this helps
