If you used the Courtyard Marriot in Farmingdale..Can u tell me the discounted price they gave u for your guests? i feel like the price i got was high for a marriot...
$179 per night. I thought it was high too, but its the closest hotel and none of my guests complained.

My contract says $169/night for next summer. It is pretty high. i think your best bet is to block rooms at 2 hotels. One that is cheaper... thats what I am going to end up doing b/c I know some of my guests cant afford that.
We are using them, primarily because they offer the free shuttle service. I dont want to worry about guests drinking and driving. Umm.. our discounted rate for a regular room in 169
