I'm going to be meeting with them soon to set up a contract and was just looking for ideas on what to included - both normal stuff and any extras they might throw in. I don't want to forget anything! Anything would be helpful!

Also looking for ideas for rehearsal dinner location possibilities... where did you go and how was it?
