Past Riviera Brides/Guests: Menu

I know the food in general is delicious at the Riviera. But...

Was there a dish on your menu that you or your guests felt wasn't that great?

And what was the best dish you had there?

FH and I were looking through our menu choices again last night and sort of have it narrowed down, but I wanted to get opinions from actual guests/brides who have eaten there.

The two dishes that I heard nonstop about (in a positive way) were the Blackened Mahi Mahi w/ grilled pineapple and the Prime Rib. In cocktail hour, I was told by several brides and past guests that it would be a mistake not to get the Eggplant Rollantini. My guests loved everything though!

my quests LOVED everything. did get one bad thing. i heard the lamb chops at CH was perfect and so was everything else.

for dinner we had the pork chop, prim rib, chicken marsala, and the fish stuffed with crap and what not.

we had one of each at our table and everything was soo yummy, DH and I were fighting over who was gunna get the piece of everything!
