Tell me about your menu!!! I was originally doing mine but that blizzard hit and now I have to go in 2 weeks!

Hi Sam,
I asked some bride who got married already or someone who went to wedding at Watermill about menu selections.

This is what I got:
1. For the Chef's Carving Board:
Stuffed loin of Pork is the best.
2. Hot Chafing Dishes:
Calamari, St. Louis Ribs and Spanish Paella are the best.
3. Cold Appetizers:
Long Island Vegetable Tower is better than others.
4. Intermezzo:
Either Lemon or Raspberry are good. But People more likely choose Lemon.
5. Entree Selections:
Beef: Chateaubriand is the best.
Chicken: Poulet de la Princesse is the best.
Fish: Asian Salmon is better than others.
6. Dessert:
Peach Melba is the best.

Sean is who we set our menu with. Even though we picked out dishes before hand it kind of changed when we actually sat down. First of all Sean gave us choices of dishes that weren't even on their lists so don't think that the only things they have is what is on the list. Also I think that all their food is delicious so whatever you choose your guests will be happy--everyone ranted & raved & I didn't pick any of the dishes in the previous post for the main course.

For the extra dessert we picked the mouse dish and people kept asking for seconds it was that good. Just make sure that you have a variety of dishes at the cocktail hour & that you don't pick things that you don't think people would like. People will eat no matter what & like I said earlier their food is excellent no matter what you choose.
