We got married on August 5th. My DH just called them and they said that the pics won't be ready until January.
Does this seem right??

No, we got the proofs 2 weeks after the wedding. When we brought the proofs back, I could have sworn they said 10 weeks. That would be in November or December the latest. Now they said our album and video won't be done until January.

We were told 16 weeks for the video and I think that when we did the album selections they said a couple months but I can't remember now. I expect to have everything before Valentine's Day so it might be right. Don't forget you have to proof the album set up as well so it all takes time.

We were married on the same day. We ordered all the prints and the albums the first week of Sept. and they told us 8-10 weeks. We have yet to hear anything from them. Please let me know if you hear anything from them b/c I'm starting to wonder at this point
