How long did it take to get your video from them? I don't want to call and rush them because I know that can take time, but I was just wondering. I really don't care if it takes a year, but I wasn't given any time frame, so I was just curious. TIA

It was about 3 months after you give them all the photos that you want on the video, if you are having that done. I gave them photos of our honeymoon that I wanted on the video in June and it was ready in September. Hope this helps

It took ours 6 months but worth the wait

Thanks girls - I am glad I have an idea now.

About 4 months.
We didn't submit the pix and upgrade our video package until August and we got our video in Dec. Tim was our videographer and he did an AMAZING job and it was well worth the wait!
