Patken brides

Has anyone else had a HUGE problem with getting large portraits from Patken? Its going on almost a year now since my wedding [July 2006] and I still have not gotten my 20x24 portrait. They messed it up several times, and now I'm having them re-do the picture, but my photographer is not getting back to me on which picture I can change it to.

Is it just me or has anyone else have had issues with Patken? FM me privately, please! I'm up to my witts end!
