Hello. Anyone using Patken who is getting married at their reception site? If so, are you taking pics before the ceremony or are you waiting to see your hubby for the first time down the isle? If you are waiting, how did this work out with Patken? Thanks!

I'm trying to decide this exact same thing myself!!!
I wouldn't mind doing the pics during cocktail hour, but I'm getting married at John Anthony's and there isn't a lot of room for pics anywhere....at least that is what I got from my first impression there.

For me, I am doing it before hand but my friend is not sure what to do so I told her I would send out a post for her John Anthony's is really nice - I went to a wedding there in Feb. Good food.

I am using Patken and am getting married right next door to my reception place in the chapel. What we are doing is I will have my pictures taken with my girls and family before, then he will have his pictures taken with his guys and family..then after teh ceremony, we will have our own special cocktail hour brought to us while we have our together pictures taken. I thought about making it easier and just seeing each other before hand..but I really want the first time we see each other to be when I am walking down that aisle!

Hi,
I'm using Patken....I'm getting married at my hall...and we are definately doing pictures before the ceremony. They will capture his expressions as he sees me for the 1st time at the hotel where we will get ready.
It is very important to us that we get an opportunity to spend as much time with our guests as possible immediately following the ceremony.
