Okay... I have an appointment with them today. Doug... $2500 extra... out of the question. My other choices are Nick, Evan and Vinny. Has anyone ever used any of them? What do you think?

It depends on what style you like we picked evan because he is non-traditional (candids). They usually ask what style you prefer and then match you up with the photographer. Hope that helps you.

EVAN'S STYLE IS VERY CLOSE TO DOUG'S. E WAS DOUG'S APPRENTICE. SO IF YOU LIKE DOUG'S STYLE, BUT NOT HIS PRICE, GO WITH EVAN.

my fh best friend used patken and Doug. my fh was also in their wedding party and said that they were good. we are going to check them out for our wedding as well. good luck! let us know how it went.

We used Vinny and I just picked up my proofs and we were blown away. The pictures came out amazing that I do not know how we are going to decide on pictures for our album.
Vinny is an amazing person. We had him from 11:30 a.m. until about 1 a.m. and he was very helpful and always had a smile on his face. He helped my mom put my necklace and earrings on and helped out where ever he was needed. The service that he supplied, excluding the pictures, was just amazing. I thought that this counts alot since these people are involved in the most important day of your life.

Thank you! SDICARLO, your pics were beautiful! My brother had Doug, but I am NOT spending 2500 extra bucks for him!! I DO want memorable and photojournalistic pics, along with some traditional. I love the info. that Evan was Doug's apprentice... and that Vinny was awesome the day of the wedding! I definitely need to go with someone who my fiance won't want to choke at the end of all the pics (he HATES having his picture taken... meanwhile, look at him over there <--- . He's SO cute! I don't understand, but we need a photog with a FUN personality! Thanks for all of the advice! I can't wait to go tonight... I specifically requested to see Crescent pics so I can see what they do at my venue. Thanks, again!

i booked vinny, and the person i met with said that Doug trains all of them...i liked dougs work and they told me that vinny does the same exact work that doug does....same style and everything...hope that helps
