PATTI ANN FUND - PLEASE READ

Hey girls -

So a really tragic incident happened across the street from my job a few weeks ago. A girl who works at a local restaurant in New Haven, was attacked by her co-worker. He raped her multiple times and then tried to kill her by; snapping her neck, jumping up and down on her chest, beating her with a stick. Finally she played dead and he took off. She then took all her strength and crawled to a house to get help.

Well this girl has NO HEALTH INSURANCE. She's been in the hospital for weeks.

Finally, they started a fund up here. This Friday all the restaurants are pooling their tips and accepting donations for her medical bills.

It is unbelievable how disturbed some people are. I mean did he think he would not get caught?

She is definitely in my prayers!!!

And for the a$$, I pray they throw him the book!!!

well he is an illegal immigrant and he is in jail, but because of his illegal status they are still figuring out all the trial/law stuff.

the worst part is, this is a guy who worked with her for over a year, so she probably didn't even think twice about giving him a ride home....its just so sad
