mmmm... I never have time to make a good breakfeast I usually just eat a granola bar or something. But I love a good egg sandwich

There is a restaurant here that does Italian Benedict at Sunday Brunch,
Eggs Benedict with Proscuitto instead of Ham/Canadian Bacon, and they poach the eggs perfectly, better than any place I've had it -- with a PERFECT Hollandaise that is practically cream colored (ideal combo of ingredients) . . . not heavy, just perfect. If it weren't 8 million calories, I'd get it every Sunday!!!
