Pedestals

I'm going in two weeks to meet with Rob at Pedestals. I know him personally and I know he's a great guy and supposedly very talented. However, I don't even really know what I want in terms of bouqets and CPs. Has anyone used Pedestals in the past and if so, do you have pictures you could post? Thanks!
