Anyone pick pedestals for their florist? I just booked yesterday--any reviews? I was torn between flowers by brian or pedestals, and I still have my appointment on Saturday with Flowers by Brian, but I'm debating if I should still go or not. I heard good things about Pedestals, so I felt like I should just book it to get it out of the way and it was a good deal. Any thoughts?

Flowers by Brian is expensive
I have heard that Pedestals is not so nice during there meetings but I guess it depends on who you meet with

Flowers by Brian was the most expensive florist we met with. I personally didn't like Pedastals..only because the lady was very pushy, trying to get us to book right then and there, when we werent ready to make a decision.

I did meet with Pedestals, they were the most expensive florist that I met with and I did not like the person that I met with, she did not listen to most of the things that I was saying I wanted and was trying to sell me on things that I didn't want and was trying to push me to book that day.
There are lots of great reviews on here for Pedestals, i think I just had a bad experience

I met with Robert he was amazing!! and they were the least expensive one we saw. It depends what you want and who u like

I also met with Pedastals...I had a terrible experience there. THey were not the most expensive florist I saw- but I could never work with the person that I met with. It was terrible- but there are many people on here who had a wonderful experience with them!

The woman I met with at Pedestals was very nice, but I definitely felt pressured to book. Whoever her assistant was was extremely rude to me on the phone. That was why we decided not to go with them.
They looked like they did very nice work though.

Flowers by brian were really nice but too expensive pedestals sux! i had a horrible experience with them i got discriminated with this i say everything don't want to go into details JMO though i hear very mix reviews about them so if you like them go ahead.! good luck

i never met with either, but a woman from Pedestals snubbed me at the Fox Hollow for a showcase. when she asked when i was getting married, i had said at the time 2 years, June 2010. She said 'oh' really snotty and walked away from me!!!
who cares if i was 2 years away at the time? i bet now she'd like for me to walk through her door......

i think whoever this chick from pedestals is she needs the boot. i met with vito from pedestals and booked with him. he was realllyyyy nice and really easy to work with....and the price was good.

I feel that during this whole wedding planning all the women that I have met with I have never liked except my BM and DOC all my other vendors are men. I feel like women are just shoort and rude when planning a wedding.

Also I don't think they are a vendor on here so when someone complains the posts don't deleted unlike the other florists...who when you say anything bad the thread is pulled.
I used Pedastals and had an awesome experience but eveyone has different experiences. The final product was gorgeous//pics in album HTH

My sister used Pedestals and she loved them. Her flowers were absolutely beautiful. She didnt have any issues with them.

I went to Pedestals this past Saturday and to everyone I mentioned what I was quoted for, told me that it was too pricey.
Friends of mine are using them, and they have 10 more people in their BP and they are using high centerpieces for about 10-12 more tables than me and they were quoted only $1200 more than me. I am having a very small wedding. About 85 ppl. I asked for low CP's and for only 8 tables.
So once I heard that the quote was too pricey. I am now meeting with flowers & designs by gina. She is giving me a bit more than Pedestals did and is coming in at least $400 - $500 cheaper than Pedestals.

I did not have the best experience with flowers by brian. I met with Vito at Pedestals and thought he was so creative and nice. Pedestals was my lowest quote, its ironic bc b4 i went every1 said how expensive they were but they came in so low. I didn't book with them but they were one of my top choices.

In terms of the quality of the product, I think both florists do amazing work,
The lady from pedestals totally snubbed me at a bridal show as well, and it completely turned me off to them.
