I just got home from work at school and I get a letter from my RH saying that they are no longer having pedestals as a recommended vendor ughhhhhhh here we go again. I already booked with them so guess there nothing I can do this suclks!!!!
I have been hearing some negative feedback about them lately. I am not sure what is going on with them! They used to have a great reputation. I am sure if you voice your concerns to them they will be great on your day!!!
Don't worry- still use them. I know they do beautiful work as I have been to a few weddings and seen their CP's. Just tell them your concerns and I am sure they will be fantastic.
I called them and they said everyhting is fine what are they going to say. Now i got this letter i hate to call them again with this but flowers are a big part of the wedding. maybe i can get the deposit back and go elsewhere

Im sure they wont give your deposit back. was it a lot?
just because they arent using them as a preffered vendor doesnt mean that you cant use them. As long as they are insured you can you whoever you want
we put 450.00
my guess is that they are not a prefferred vendor b/c they didn't pay the preferred vendor fee of someone's friend owns another flower shop - honestly, i checked out a few of my hall's upscale reccommended vendors and i liked people they did not reccomend better so i booked them. don't let your halls suggestions limit you - people reccomnded based on fees and kickbacks in thsi industry!
also - if you are that worried - call your BM and ask for an explanation.
All it means is they are no longer a preferred vendor doesn't mean you can't use them. To be honest I didn't use any of their preferred vendors.

uh oh im using pedestals too!
Be careful. Alot of places are only 'reccomended' if they pay a fee or give them a kickback... So if pedastals decided to not, that may be the problem...
Don't worry. They do do beautiful work. The RH probably dropped them from there vender list bec ause they wanted them to pay more money. Maybe pedestals did not want to pay extra money to your RH to keep them on as a vendor. Don't worry. I sure your flowers will be beautiful-just stay on them and call constantly before the wedding.
i had a wonderful experience w/Pedalstals. i wouldn't let that deter you.
I'm booked with Pedestals and I havent heard anything bad about them. We loved Vito. My friend just used them in June and LOVED them
