Pedestals or Flowers By Brian?

I've narrowed down to two, based on their proposals. I've heard more negative reviews about FBB, but I'd also be promised more complimentary items with FBB at a slightly lower cost. Please help me decide! Which should I go with?

i hands down vote for FBB

Here is my little vent about my experience with pedestals and the lack of communication. In the end I met with FBB and love Joseph! I am excited to see my centerpieces and think he will do a great job!

I LOVED WORKING WITH NADIA AT PEDASTALS THEY BOTH DO AMAZING WORK JUST GO WITH WHO YOU LIKE BETTER PERSONALITY WISE BC YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM

Definitely FBB. I worked with Joseph and he was amazing.

I personally got the run-around at Pedestals even though my flower order was about $4K so that didn't leave a good taste in my mouth from the start. Also, at FBB they made me a sample ON THE SPOT. Pedestals brought out 3 flowers from the back and made no offer of making me a sample. I had an exact vision of what I wanted and FBB made it for me in about 10 minutes.

Also, it bothered me a bit that they thought it was important to tell me that they did the Jonas' brother's wedding. Oh well. Pedestals actually had a better price but I was straight with FBB and told them that and they matched the price.

ITA- Nadia at Pedastals has been great. Just saw my sample centerpiece a couple of weeks ago.

I went with FBB. I met with Virgil, and although I really liked him and they got my vision, FBB was able to give me what I wanted without having to go over budget. I met with Cindy, and felt like the overall experience was more personable than it was with Pedestals. I felt like just another order with Pedestals in a way.

We went to Flowers by Brian and loved what we saw....then we were supposed to have an appointment with Pedestals but when I called to confirm they said my name was taken off the list and I would have to reschedule....based on that customer service I am not using them

i was actually having a hard time making this decision also.

i met with both of them and they gave me roughly the same price quote. i asked both florists to make me a sample. neither of them had a problem with doing that. after seeing my samples, i choose pedestals.

We're using FBB.

We're working with Stacey, and she understood exactly what it was I wanted and how to make it work with our budget. I was also very happy with the 'add ons' we're getting.

I also have to add that the receptionist couldn't have been nicer when I was being a pain in the a$$ about making an appointment that worked with FH's wacky schedule.

Robert at Pedestals did my wedding last weekend, and the flowers were all INCREDIBLE, I am so happy I went with him. You will not be disappointed if you go with Pedestals. He nailed every thing I asked for.
