Wondering if anyone has heard of any recent reviews about pedestals. My friend used them this past weekend for her wedding, she was disappointed with the size of the center pieces. She said she paid a lot and the size was really small compared to the sample she had seen. I am getting worried now ???

The stand was tilted to the side on our table and the crystals you could hardly see. So I am going to give him a call because he suggested to hang the crystals and I said no but after seeing them I think its better to hang them from the stand because you couldn't see them.
i used pedestals and had hanging crystals, they hung it from the flowers actually. Here is a pic from my wedding day, you can see the crystals hanging from the stem itself, maybe that would be a better option bc crystals were very visible

Don't second your choice!! I'm booked with Vito from Pedestals and he is AMAZING! Did he make your sample CP yet? After you see your sample CP, you will be sooo glad you stuck with him. The good reviews definitely outway the bad!!
As far as price... I didn't see a huge different between my quotes from Pedestals and other florists. It all depends on your flower choice... I am paying $2800 TOTAL and I'm getting sooo much for my money! If you give them your budget, they will definitely give you different options to help you stick to it!

I agree… I went to three different florists and two of them gave me the same price as Pedastals. Two of my friends used them for their weddings and their flowers were BEAUTIFUL so I booked with them. We’re using Robert though.

I agree, I picked them because there was nothing but great things said for the past two years!! Just tell them your concerns and take pictures of the trial and if its different day of then you have proof

Thats funny Burtons was only 300 different in price then Pedestals & Im more then confident in them & Vito (he rocks) I would however express your concern to them & tell them why. im sure they will make sure you willl get everything you want!
Maybe my flowers were more expensive kinds? Not sure. I do know however they were definitely more money than Burtons. They are even running out of my RH location and still wouldn't budge on pricing. Burtons charges by the amount you get not the flower. Pedestals charges on the flower. I am sure some people were happy with them but this is my experience.
Im sure everyone has different experiences good & bad everywhere. I have Calla's & hydrenga's Orchids & Roses on VDAY! So they are pretty expensive tall CP's. I also have 22 tables and a big BP (5girls & guys 1fg & 1RB) parents grandparents etc. I was quoted 4g from pedestals & 3750 from Burtons for all the same stuff. So because i live close to Pedestals & i loved Vito & his vision & fh liked them better as well we decided to go wih them. I just hope on my wedding day i have a great experience but hey you never know right??? Im just pray!

yeah luckily all the complaints came after my wedding bc before my wedding i remember thinking how i barely saw any negative reviews about pedestals so didnt have to worry. Although some of the complaints have been weird.
like the one girl who said her sample looked COMPLETELY different than it did on her wedding day. Uhmmmm she posted a pic of her sample and it wasnt even pedestals we all looked at the background and said that it wasnt pedestals shop at all and it was obvious. Another girl posted and said it was flower micheles showroom so it was really weird and confusing. Very fishy to me, unless this girl went to FM for them to do a sample but booked pedestals and forgot the sample she saw was from FM, even that is weird. Plus the girl kept posting about this and answering ppl, but once people pointed out that the pic is not from pedestals she never wrote back and just disappeared from LIW

Anyways... I am booked with Nadia at pedestals and I am 100% confident that the flowers will turn out beautifully!
I spoke about this with a bride that got married last august and she said at her sample with Ped's she wasnt pleased, but expressed it and then right then and there, Ped's changed itto make her happy- didnt add on $$$ , just made it be how she wanted! She was beyond happy on her wedding day with the flowers!

I'm using them too and they forgot to give me a sample CP so I called them last week for my sample. Thankfully I did that bc I HATED my sample. They promised me to make it much nicer and they promised I will love it on the day of the wedding. I really hope this is the case b/c I just don't have the time to go for another sample 5 DAYS before the wedding
