Hmmm I don't know.. I have a really pretty long purple dress... How formal is it... I need to lose some weight for that dress though.

I thought it was like a 'real' wedding, so I was going with a floor length gown--is that too dressy?? FH would probably wear a suit though he does own a tux as well. I'm glad you asked this question because now I'm curious

yes but I look slightly pregnant in mine on a good day.... something about how it hugs my middle... so i may not wear it??? Especially after all the holiday parties.....

With the risk of sounding like I belong in AA ......ANYONE attaching a flask with some liquid refreshment? J/K

I cant get anyone to go with me...especially FH

Even Vinny the DJ tried to convince him but to no avail

but he's dragging me to IBM's big gala....no fair I say!!!

you ladies have fun and dress to the nines for me---it soo should be like night to be a diva!!!!

sooo funny! we had a whole conversation on BHB about bringing flasks along (as the occasion may be a TAD too dressy for my usual 'brown bag' look)

i didnt register yet either... still debating, though FH is actually looking forward to it (ONLY for the TV, of course), but he was actually even trying to convince suezboss's FH to go?!?!!!! The 2 of them had a whole conversation about LIW! it was so cute

oh,, but , to the question at hand... there was a thread on NWR or off-topic, and they said that last year, most of the people there wore black pants and a nice top... they dresses Nice, but not like Fancy wedding, ya know?

I will probably wear dress pants and a nice top. I am not planning to dress as I would for a real wedding because I hate to dress up! :)
