People who have been to Bellport Country Club..

Is it too 'nice' for a rehearsal dinner? It looks super nice on their website....

I don't think it's TOO nice, but it is lovely! When I was there they were holding a shower in the large room, so they do cater to smaller events.

I think the upstairs is a regular restaurant and that would be very suitable.

They actually have a couple of rooms that they should be able to use.
Whether it be the restaurant upstairs or the catering rooms!
We had our wedding there - it was great!! I can't tell you enough great things about the place (and the people!)

I went to a Bridal shower there and it was nice.
The food was good.

I used to work there YEARS ago. It's beautiful. They've done a ton of renovations. No, it's not too 'Dressy' for a rehearsal. I would have it upstairs though. It's a regular restaurant and the food is great. It overlooks the golf course and there's a very pretty outside patio to the upstairs. I don't think you can sit out there for dinner, but you can certainly stand out there.
