Do they let you know when people start blocking off rooms under your hotel block name, or do you have to call them and check? Also, if you're doing the shuttle service through them, do they contact you before the wedding to verify the pick-up drop-off schedule with you? We had signed a contract with them, but I just wanted to make sure that when the date comes around that my guests will be at the reception on time, and that the limo picks up the guests from the wedding when it's supposed to!

They didn't let me know that people were booking rooms. I found out when someone told me they called and were told only two rooms were left. I didn't think they would call me each time a room was booked, but I thought the sales person did say they would call me once the block was full so I could decide to book more rooms. My block was filled before I even sent out invites (still haven't) so I needed to book more rooms. They never informed me.
I'm not doing a shuttle with them, my venue did not work with them for that. Sorry I can't help there.
Are you doing an after party with them?

Yeah I'm on a holiday weekend, so te bar will be open until 4am at no extra charge, so we are all going to hangout at the bar after the wedding.

I email Kim all the time to get an updated booking list. She sends it right away, very helpful.
