People who never RSVP..or drop out

last minute and DON'T TELL YOU until you contact them. Really, what is wrong with people these days. Also, FH invited a coworker, it's has partner and he was very iffy about inviting her since at times she can be a total BYTCH to him. Anyway, I told him it was totally up to him.So he finds out a a month or so ago, this lady has been trying to get him in trouble behind his back. He was really, really annoyed and regretted asking her. She never rsvp'd, he texted her before asking if she was coming, they are on some sort of emergency call list so he has her number, and no repsonse. I told him to not ask her again and take it as she is not coming and do not pay for her plate
Another ex- coworker claimed he sent his in a long time ago, we never got it and so he tells FH he's defentially coming. FH decides to call him before to see how he's been and now 'oh I was just going to call you tomorrow' I can't make it. Gee thanks for letting us know. Good thing we didn't get stuck paying for your plate thinking you were coming

Why do people scuk at life?

I feel your pain. It's ridiculous that you literally have to hunt people down just for a yes or no answer. My co-worker sits NEXT to me and wouldn't respond yes or no, she kept saying put me down for 2 maybe more. Now she finally gave me a straight answer and it's FIVE!

Agreed. What I don't understand is, if they know they are coming or not coming, why can't they send the effing response back?! Is it really that friggin difficult?! Still waiting on about 14 responses on mine and the rsvp date was this past Saturday. So aggrivating.
