Any info on perceptions? if you used them can you FM me a price range you were quoted? Also did anyone use them for their wedding? if so are there pics posted here somewhere?

my experience w/ perceptions was not a good one. we didn't get a chance to talk and was disturbed from the prices. they are on the high end of the scale (highest i've seen on this site) and concentrate on photojorunalism. I don't believe there quality justifes the prices but thats just my thoughts...

I disagree...I looked at a lot of photographers and they were really the only one whose work blew me away. It's just so artistic. They are a little pricey, but I feel the price is worth it to have beautiful pictures of my wedding. Of course, everyone is looking for something different in a photographer...

It really depends on the type of pics you want. Personally, FH and I wanted a photo journalist. We priced quite a few that were much more than Perceptions. I found Perceptions to be pretty reasonable, actually.
You should really meet with Anthony Vasquez to go over prices and look at his work.

i think anthony saw me and FW and totally blew us off. He personal set up the appointment with us and i was disappointment we didn't talk to him. To add, we waited paitently as another couple ran over. The work was great, don't get me wrong but still to many $$$$$$
edit he even called me back and ask how did our appointment go, i love speaking to you and hope we can talk more. (WE DIDN'T EVEN TALK TO YOU)
i'm done..
Go check him out. the work is great and a different style

I booked Perceptions for my May 8th wedding. Anthony will be my photographer. He has been great to deal with. I was blown away by his work and he was the only photographer I went to meet with and booked him that day.
I am looking forward to working with him. I did my research on prices and for what was most important to me (PJ) they were the right ones to go with. I did book before beginning of this year, so I think he has changed his prices since then.

i looked at about 6 photographers, perceptions was one of them. i was NOT impressed. they were rude and snotty there (To me. everyone has different experiences!) i wanted a nice combo of regular pics and photojournalism, and they are mostly photojournalism.
