I started looking around for hair and make up people. I've seen great things said about Kacey on here, so I called her to set up a trial. Literally, the day after I spoke with her, my bridal shop called and said that my veil came in! Perfect timing, just in time for my trial. So excited that worked out!

yea her prices are good. i was gonna book her but i chose someone closer to me.travelling to li for more trials was gonna be a hassle.

I think she is pricey, but she was really nice and seems willing to negotiate (I have a large bp). The prices she quoted me so far are $300 for me (hair and make up combined) and $95 hair and $95 for make up for my girls, which she was willing to knock down to $75 and $75 b/c there are so many.
Have you heard quotes from other vendors? Are those prices good/bad/normal? I could use some help on this too..haha
My thing is, I don't particularly care too much (within reason) what I pay for my hair and make up, but I do care what my girls pay b/c after all, it's not their wedding and they are already paying for dress, shoes, gift, etc.

That seems like a pretty good price.
I've been quoted from as high as $395 to $250 to $175 to the lowest I've been quoted is $100....just for make up!
