Perfume!

Ladies - looking for a great perfume to wear for my wedding day - I hear that the perfume you wear on your day you wind up weraing forever -

I love In Love Again by Yves St. Laurent - very light, but its citrus based so it doesnt last too long.

I like light, fruity, and feminine...

HATE the following notes:

Rose
Jasmine
Lilac
Lavender

LOVE:

Vanilla
Fruity
Sandalwood
Patchouli

Bear in mind the perfume needs to be strong enough to last the whole day, maybe with an extra spritz here and there...

Thanks ladies!!!

I have smelled opium - I like it, but I think its a bit too heavy and intense for me in general, and also for a saturday afternoon wedding - I am so picky!

What is Escape like?

Yes, you have to try them and see how it smells on you. Escape stays on me for a while. I cannot put too much or its 'overwhelming'.

Also, it depends if you have 'parfum', 'eau de parfum' or 'eau de toilette'. Eau de toilette is the weakest. It does not stay on me very long.

Oh I forgot, I used to wear Pleasure a lot (not the new one), the original one but that may be too 'flowery' for you.

I like fruity too. These are the perfumes I wear all the time:

Mackie
Givenchy-Hot Couture and Amerige
Bill Blass Nude
Narcisse

They all smell awsome. I get compliments all the time.

Opium last a long time and I believe it has sandalwood. Some other perfumes I LOVE are Jadore by Dior, 360 by Perry Ellis (lasts longgg) and Cheap and Chiq by Moschino! Try them out see if you fall for them too

I don't like strong smell perfume myself.. I always get compliants on Sicly by Dolce and Gabanna. I also love Coco Chanel the orginal kind of pricy... and Romance. But I am tied between Silcy and Coco Chanel the original.
