Does anyone have pergo? If so, did you have it installed or did you install it yourself? Thanks!

I had it installed but I heard it's somewhat easy to install b/c of the interlocking slats ... however, the floor needs to be level.

I have Pergo flooring in three rooms in my house. The previous owner installed it himself. And I hear it isn't that difficult to do. Although, I had an issue with a furniture delivery who broke a few planks and when it had to be replaced it was a nightmare - I found only one installer who does replacement planks in all of Queens and LI (I called everyone on Pergo's website). I heard replacement is very difficult and if it wasn't done professionally - like ours - it was even worse. On the bright side - it should take a lot to break a plank. Also, I found a great handyman/carpenter/flooring installer.

We just had our installed (Dh is not handy at all ) But we also heard they are easy to do yourself.
