Weird question but what is everyone doing if they get their period on their wedding day? My wedding is in June the 21st and last month my period was the 23rd. I think maybe if I go to the gyno she can give me the pill and that will skip my period. I don't know, I need help because I don't want to go on my honeymoon with my period. Can anyone give me advise? Thanks sorry for telling my business like that but we are all girls here and I really need help.

Yes, they can do that. But be careful, you can have reactions to the pill. I did.

Yes you can take the pill to cover your period-if you havent or arent on them now i dont know if I would start taking them just to skip your period it might really mess with you. If you are on BC all you do is skip the placebo pill and start a new pack immediately.
i got my period for my wedding, no biggie

I've taken this pill several times - it just delays your period. Ask for the one with only estrogen or only progesterone - that won't give you side effects (nausea) - It just delays it - doesn't skip a month.

I went on the pill and I had spotting in between my period so I stopped taking it after a month. It was a side effect but they said that it could happen for a few months until your body gets used to it. Then again this was four years ago.
