Permit needed for e-pics?
I am interested in taking my e-pics at Morgan Park in Glen Cove . . . the website says a permit is needed for wedding pictures and gatherings of more than 15 people. Our e-pics will, of course, only be 3 of us - do I need to get a permit? Anyone with any experience in this area? TIA
