Personal question...
I have a personal question... Does anyone have any good suggestions about deodorant? I don't want to be sweaty and dripping sweat on my wedding day. I'm currently using Soft N' Dri Gel. I personally am not happy with it. I was looking for a different brand. I'm wearing a spaghetti strap dress, and I don't want to have the problems I'm having with the deodorant I'm using now. Thanks!

Re: Personal question...
I'm a big fan of Degree - I am using the original solid now, but I know they have an invisible solid that I have used - fabulous!

Isn't Paul great? Did he get in touch with you recently about him going completely to digital? We were up on LI a few weeks ago, and we stopped in there to see his work. It's beautiful. What do you think?

Re: Personal question...
Well I only recently booked him, so he was digitial from the start with us. His work is beautiful, and he seems like a great easy going guy. Some of my old school family has some concerns - like how fast can he click pictures, and things of that nature. And to be honest, I'm not even sure of the answer, but i am sure he will be fine. I met with about a dozen places before choosing him!

Re: Personal question...
You can purchase certain dri (It will be displayed in a box) and you use one quick roll under your arms at night before bed and it will work wonders for the following day.It does not have dordorant so I use my platium protection with it just for scent.
It works amazingly, just make sure you don't over roll it under your arms or it will make you itchy
I would start using it atleast one week prior to your wedding.
I have been using it for years.

Re: Personal question...
I use Mitchum roll on. I have been using it for years and swear by it . The slogan says so effective you can skip a day and it is so true. Though I do not suggest doing that every day.. skipping applying deodorant.

Re: Personal question...
I also vote for degree, but I use the Spectrum. Whenever I drink coffee, I get the sweats all day and degree is the only thing that works. Needless to say, once I figured out it was the coffee, i stopped drinking it.

Re: Personal question...
I SECOND CERTAIN DRI!A friend recommended it to me years ago and I have used it ever since. I absolutely love it and would never use anything else....I NEVER sweat!!! All you do is apply one swipe before bed and leave it... that's it. You have to make sure that you are consistent and use it every night at first, to build up the effectiveness. Believe me, I teach summer school with no A/C and it is sooooooooooo hot...Certain Dri has never failed me yet!
Try it!!!

Re: Personal question...
They do sell it at drug stores. I've see it at Ulta, CVS, and Walgreens. It's right by the deodorant in a small white box with green wording on it.

Re: Personal question...
My MOH has a problem with getting sweaty too. She swears by secret. I have used it and it is the best but it is hard to get off. When you shave is gets stuck in the razor (can't see it on your body, is't invisable) but if you get a trial size just for the wedding it won't matter. I wouldn't use anything else for the big day even though it's not my usual brand.Hope this helps.

Re: Personal question...
melissa, make sure you get an anti=persipirant, not just a deoderant. a deoderant will not keep you from sweating, only hide the smell!

Re: Personal question...
Try Secret Platinum. I used to work in advertising for a deodorant brand and I learned that Secret Platinum is the strongest deodorant you can buy without a perscription. Good luck!Welcome New Vendors
