i have a great girl...she is out of Dolphin in Westbury...is that convenient for you?
I am ALL about this expense. I mean, my wedding photos are going to be forver you know? I don't wnat my pictures to be of a fat out of shape me. I am pretty lucky though. I haven't gained weight other than 2 -3 lbs inthe past few years. I am still a size 2 after all these years!!!
I'm a trainer- FM me for details. I can also recommend an excellent person who trains out of her house in Oceanside. SHES AMAZING!
Dolphin is great!! Very close
is it the woman with long hair? if so, she's effin INSANE! i watched her workout all of the time and was in awe. she probably thought i was psycho. i had a trainer at dolphin. he was kinda stupid but brought me to where i wanted to go. so far its the cheapest personal training i've seen!
I have a really good trainor, but it isnt cheap, you can only buy big packages.
