FH (and I) are looking to go to a personal trainer. Anyone know anyone good in Suffolk?

I go to Synergy in West babylon. I know it is not extremely close to you but it's in suffolk and I like it there very clean nice gym and my friend uses one of the personal trainers there and she thinks they are good

Thanks! I used to go to sunrise fitness in holbrook, which isnt close to me either. The gym in east islip is like $1000 a year, which is nutty.

That is just nutty! WAAAAAAAAAAAY too much $$$. I wish I could help but the only ppl I know are in Nassau

Have you tried NYSC? they tend to have some very good trainers.

New York Sports Club. They are great gyms i go to the one either in the city or in Astoria. Here is a list of the Suffolk locations:
