anyone go to a personal trainer. I lost a good amount of weight when I was using a personal trainer, but now that I dont go to the same gym I can't really go back to her and id like to use one for the a few months before the wedding... any sugestions of where do go?
If you make a suggestion would you mind telling me what they charge?

I have been working with a trainer through my gym, and have been working with him 2x week since March. I belong to LA Fitness.
It's been great, and really helps me get to the gym, keeps me motivated, and helps me work out consistently.
My gym charges $25/session, works out to be $200/month (2x week) plus I have my regular member ship of $50/month. At first, thought it was too pricey, but I look at as a good investment for myself.
I have heard of Personal Training Institute - may be a little cheaper. if you belong to a gym, I would check with them.

thanks im def gonna check out personal training insititute cuz i like my gym and they don;t have training... for 10$ a month what do i expect
