My mom is a certified personal trainer and she has been helping me get in shape so I have toned arms for my dress!! She is really pushing me to work out and I'm lifting more weights then I ever had before!

She's running a special for February, depending on where your located she's charging only $40-$65 per session. You don't need to have equipment at home, she brings equipment. She's based in Suffolk!!
