Hey all! I'm wondering if anyone knows of a great personal trainer (I don't belong to a gym so ideally someone who freelances) in the South Nassau area?
Any advice or recommendations would be super helpful! Thanks!

Port Fitness in Port Washington. One of the owners is a friend of the family but he and his partner are both awesome!

Joe Diffendale!! He comes to your house!! He was my trainer for a long time but I just bought a house and couldn't afford him anymore. :( I'm still friends with him tho.

Oh that's great! Would either of you mind sending me PM of what they cost? I've never used a personal trainer so I have no idea what to expect.
