personal trainers

can anyone recommend a good personal trainer in manattan?
i'm not looking to drop a ton i'm thinking 5-10 pounds over the course of a year, but what i really wanna do is tone up, arms, belly , etc
any leads would be great b/c i dont wanna spend so much on a trainer if they cant get the right results!
