I just cant find the time to work out like I need to at home and NEED to look good in my bathing suit for honeymoon. I have about 10 pounds to lose and a lot of toning to do. I realllllyyy need someone to help me with the weight training part and am looking for suggestions.
PLEASE reccommend somone for me!

Jen - I'm doing pilates currently and that has definitely toned me up and taken an inch off my waist! If you're interested, I'll get my instructors name for you. I'm currently doing this through CE at Comseqogue HS and I think she holds classes in her own facility in the area.

I know that Patrick at World Gym in Hampton Bays is really good and they have lots of classes at that gym.
