Has anyone gone to Personal Training Institute? I was thinking of signing up for a month and see how I like it. They give you a trial session for free. I dont know anyone who has gone, so I was just curious if anyone knows anything of this facility. THanks so much.

It probably is. THere are a bunch on the island. I was looking into one in Suffolk though.
