Idk how much b/c I won it at TWOTY.
She just asked me for my swatch so she can begin working on it so i am guessing it takes at least 6 weeks.

I made mine myself (pics in album)...it was so easy and im happy with it plus i saved myself over $400...therefore i am no help

We ended up waiting for the very last minute to order ours and had to pay a rush charge to get it in time.
Better safe than sorry!
