Does anyone have a reccommendation for a place to get personalized ribbons? I plan on tying them around a round piece of tulle with M&Ms in the middle. I've seen some good prices on ebay, but if you've worked with any specific vendors I would love to hear about them. Also, I live in DC, so online vendors would be best. Thanks!

Jean M. They are on-line and you purchase their catalog. I am very happy with their service.
