personalized M&M's ...have any info?

I love personalized M & M's. We were going to give them out in addition to our donations, but the whole thing was getting too expensive for us. A 10lb box is $250. I wanted to give each guest 2 ounces of M & M's (so a 10 lb bag probably wouldn't have been enough for me). Including our donation, the M & M's weren't in our budget

We decided to do Hershey Kisses instead (the ones with the tags that say 'Just Married' and 'Thank You'.

Hey Michelle,
We are getting our kisses from www.hersheygifts.com. They are $34.95 for a 3 lb. box. We'll be ordering a 3 lb box of each with the flags that say 'Just Married' and 'Thank You'. We'll also be mixing in some plain Kisses with the regular flags. Each 3lb box has about 285 kisses so I assume my guests will get about 4 or 5 kisses each. It's much cheaper than the M&M's. Also, you can get (or make, if you're so inclined) little round labels for the bottom of the kisses

I'm not doing it myself - I don't have the printer, the software, or the creativity. So I have to purchase them. It's really a matter of cutting costs. I think having the info on the same label might save me some money

I think they are super cute! but expensive for what they are. I was thinking on going to the nyc store and picking out the colors I want because then at least you dont pay shipping.. then MAYBE getting one bag of the customized ones and mixing them in... Haven't researched it yet though to see how they come. I say if you have it in your budget to get them though, then go for it


For those who havent been to the m&m store in the city... The variety of colors is INSANE!
